arashi :D

oh dear god. i am so embarassed. during japanese class, sensei was teaching us how to count people, and she showed us a picture of arashi. i started hyperventilating and saying "arashi" repeatedly. people were looking at me extremely oddly. She pointed to the picture, but i thought she wanted us to learn the name of the people and i yelled matsujun... i am such a sad person. :( although, if she had put a picture of NEWS, i may have died right then and there. *sighs* oh well :D it made my day, anyway.

Angsty Nerds

This world is filled with many different kinds of people. Every one can be organized into de facto categories of kinds of people. There are the preps, the eccentrics, the workaholics, you get the gist. There are many more, and some people are hybrids of two or more types. The "class" that I have chosen to focus on today are nerds/dorks etc. I have previously classified myself as a hybrid of dork and eccentric and a few other (haha, wouldn't that be called fangirl?) Just be it known, I have nothing against these kinds of people. anyway....

Yes. there are a lot of these people. They can be recognized in many ways. There are sooo many of these people in my school. They tend to clump together and discuss their techie needs and obsessions et cetera. I have found that some of these "dorks" who may seem so innocent actually have double lives and/or personalities. My friend and I met this kid at school who seemed quite nice. Thanks to google, we found a few of his sites/accounts. Wow. That kid was not what he seemed at first. He had all these poisonous thoughts and verbal assaults on every topic in existence that could possibly have annoyed him. He had, like, this whole other side to him!!! it was creepy.

I suppose everyone has double personalities in a way, but this guy was an extreme case....

Which leads me to muse... could I be an angsty nerd? I don't think I'm particularly... angsty.. as it were.... but many of my friends have told me that i have another side to me that can get quite scary compared to my "innocent schoolgirl" side. What am I supposed to think?? @____@ maybe it's just because i'm a closet otaku, or something. oh well. I'll leave the rest of the thinking up to you.

Death Note

ya-hootie :) today, yours truly and some friends were supposed to finish watching "L change the world". But, my dear friends have lives, and today does not work out. When we first started watching it, we had just previously finished "Ringu". Ficchan (friend 1) was freaking out and extremely scared out of her pants. I saw kenichi matsuyama on the screen and I fell off the couch and kissed the tv screen. I was then whacked by my kind friends and called a two timer. *sigh* when i went to kinokuniya in nyc with hana-chan, we saw this huge life size poster of kenichi! she wanted to kiss it and take a pic, but there was a sign next to it that said "no photos please." :( in my depression, i blew $28 on a NEWS pacific dome concert photo book. So, all's well that ends well :D

Music: none, i'm actually in bio right now... in my head, truth by arashi is playing.

Mom-ism of the month

hehehe. my mom says the funniest things, so every month, I will quote her.

Mama: Does that mean you're not going to play the piano?

this happens quite often. Whenever I report a physical affliction to my mother, she worries that it will make me not play the piano that day. She has an extreme obsession with me needing to practice piano every single fricking day! So anything that could possibly stop me from playing, she needs to point out. As one of my friends says, "If I come over to your house, your mom is going to say 'the house is a mess! Elizabeth, play your piano!!!'" *sighs*

yo. i'm sitting at home, listening happily to ai nante. this song seriously makes me feel so at home. i know for some people, certain smells or sounds make them feel at home. For me, it's Ai nante. Tegoshi's voice can soothe me :)

I'm so bored. I came home late cuz i had anime club. it was quite enjoyable, but i spent the time comparing myself to the stalker girl from Sayonara, Zetsubou Sensei.....

rawr. i hate it how people can just plug into their ipods and listen to music. Stupid apple. damn damn damn. yours truly has no iPod and is too lazy to purchase one. hey... all my spare money goes into buying cds and crap..... sorry for ranting, i'm kinda pissed off today. maybe massu's smile will cheer me up.

anime festival

hehehe... gomen nasai. I havent posted for a looong time. I have been quite busy with school and other crap.... micchan has a girlfriend, according to my dear friend koko-chan who broke the news to me quite nicely (NOT). *slits wrists* anyways, i shouldn't be sad. I still have soichi and shige baby :3.

yesterday, i went to my first anime con. on the way, i forced my dad (the chauffeur) to listen to marui chikara. hehehe. anyway, about the con... it was wonderful :D but to my dismay, they had no NEWS cds... :( there were creepy guys with hug me signs around their necks. i tried to avoid them at all costs. I bought a cute shirt that says "tenshi" on it. it's adorable. surprisingly, i spent under $20. :D so, i ordered touch, the only studio album I was to lazy to buy.... yay :3 oh. and i was cosplaying as ringshen chao from negima!. it was a last minute idea, cuz my friend sprung (spring sprang sprung i dunno....) the idea on me the day before the con. so i wore a pretty chinese dress thingy. :)

i really wanted to buy the japanese tales of symphonia but it was 78 dollars. :( sorry emiru >_-

AA Club...

yahootie! Asian american club starts on friday! yay :D i recently saw an uber creepy picture of shige kid with short hair. hell, yeah. i don't like him anymore....he ugly...insult to shige's good name.
